Healthcare Reform: Here's What You Need To Know For 2011 (Fisher & Phillips LLP)

Automatic Enrollment
If you have at least 200 full-time employees, you will have to begin automatically enrolling new full-time employees in your health plan in the lowest cost option. Employees must receive notice of the automatic enrollment and will have to be able to opt out of coverage. It appears that this requirement will take effect in accordance with Department of Labor regulations.  More details
